S-Abscisic Acid mean an optical antipode representing the natural form for Abscisic Acid with (+)-cis, trans configuration. The synthetic Abscisic Acid (ABA) is a racemic mixture containing only 50% of the natural form, S-ABA. In green plants, S-ABA, the natural substance help to regulate growth of the plants.
