Physical and Chemical Properties
BNOA is white crystal, The melting point is 157-158℃. Can not dissolve in water, can dissolve in alcohols and ethers.

Toxicity :

Acute oral LD50 for rats:1690mg/kg b.w. Acute dermal LD50 for rabbit:>2000mg/kg b.w. Not irritant to skin, but can cause the irreversible eye injury.

Function:
1. As a plant growth regulator with auxin activity, BNOA can be absorbed via root and leaf. It is used as a fruit setting spray on tomatoes, strawberries, capsicums, aubergines, and pineapples;
2. BNOA can promote fruit set, stimulate fruit enlargement and prevent hollow fruits.
3. BNOA can also stimulate root formation when co-used with rooting agent.
