Function of Indole Butyric Acid:
Broad-spectrum plant growth regulator. It is used to stimulate rooting of cuttings of herbaceous and woody ornamentals, also used to increase fruit set.
*Indole butyric acid IBA can induce cell elongation and cell division with all subsequent results for plant growth and development.
*Indole butyric acid IBA serves as signaling molecules necessary for development of plant organs and coordination of growth.
*Indole butyric acid IBA plays a key role in both root and shoot development.
*Indole butyric acid IBA also induces sugar and mineral accumulation at the site of application
*Indole butyric acid IBA induces the formation and organization of xylem and phloem. When the plant is injured, the auxin can induce the cell differentiation and regeneration of the vascular tissues.
Application of Indole Butyric Acid:
To stimulate rooting of herbaceous and woody ornamentals;
To make some transplanted crops root early and root more;
To promote root elongation growth and root lignification of flowers ( for example: jasmine, begonia, camellia, etc);
To promote fruit set of vegetables and fruits by soaking the branches ( for example: tomato, cucumber, fig, strawberry, raspberry, etc);
It would get better effect when used together with other rooting reagent.

Reference on crops
Grape: 20~50mg/L soaking branches for 24h; then cutting. Immediately after pouring, water is poured and covered with a film. After every 3~4 watering, the survival rate of the cuttings is higher and the seedling quality is better. If the seedlings are more than 200mg/L, it will cause certain damage to the cuttings, which is not conducive to the germination and rooting of the cuttings.
Apple,Pear,Peach:Before grafting, the scion can be grafted at a speed of 200-400 mg/L of sodium sulfonate sodium citrate, which can increase the survival rate, but has an inhibitory effect on the growth of buds, and the higher the concentration, the inhibitory effect The larger it is, the better it can be promoted. Soak the stick at 1000 mg/L for 5 seconds.
Rice, ginseng, sapling:Sprinkle the soil at 10~80mg/L, which can promote early rooting and root development after transplanting
